We are proud to bring you the authentic taste of Mexican Al Pastor to the U.S. Utilizing a 3rd generation family recipe, 24 ingredients are carefully selected for our “Adobo” (marinade), most of which are imported directly from Mexico. The premium pork shoulder is marinated for 12 hours and then slow cooked over an open flame on a traditional trompo. All of this creates the perfect “Dorado” crispiness and taste that makes Tacos La Piña the King of Al Pastor Tacos.
